COS Airport Ambassadors are committed to the delivery of effective, courteous information services to all passengers, visitors and employees. The goals of the program are achieved through the ongoing pursuit of quality in concert with goodwill and hospitality. Our Ambassadors are treated with appreciation and respect and reflect the diversity of the traveller's served.

COS Airport Ambassadors act as good-will representatives, by providing courteous, friendly assistance from the Airport Information Center. The Information Center, located at the bottom of the escalators on the lower level of the terminal, is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. The assistance volunteers offer is informational - Ambassadors inform, guide and direct. They also have the opportunity to participate in special projects and events that take place at the airport throughout the year.
